Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Civic Loan Lab does not store your payment information. Stripe’s privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

We use third-party platforms such as LeadQuizzes for assessments, Calendly for scheduling sessions, and Stripe for payment processing. Each platform has its own privacy policy.

TERMS OF SERVICE
Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of CivicLoanLab.com and any services purchased from Civic Loan Lab. By accessing our website or purchasing a session, you agree to these terms.
Services
Civic Loan Lab provides structured framework sessions for federal student loan borrowers. The 120 Defense Review Session™ is a 60-minute structured session that uses the 120 Defense System™’s proprietary framework. This service does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Civic Loan Lab does not review loan documents, financial accounts, tax returns, or legal agreements. Results are based solely on information provided by the client during the session.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been processed.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 72 hours notice before your scheduled session. Reschedule requests made within 72 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of payment. No-shows will result in forfeiture of payment. Sessions cannot be transferred to another individual.
Intellectual Property
The 120 Defense System™ and all related content, frameworks, and materials are the proprietary intellectual property of Civic Loan Lab. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any Civic Loan Lab materials is strictly prohibited.
